These weights were part of the limited edition London Dungeon collection designed for the APP conference 2023. Only three pairs of the 18k yellow gold brass and the 14k rose gold brass were made and once sold they will not be available again. The steel seam ring is an implant-grade steel from ANATOMETAL. 
 
These weights are 44mm or 1 3/4" long and your ears should be stretched to at least 12.5mm or 1/2" to wear them
